What counts as a run?
One execution of one automation, however many steps it contains. A 12-step automation costs the same as a 2-step one. We do not bill per step, and we do not bill for steps skipped by a condition.
What happens if I go over?
Automations keep running. We email you at 80% and 100%, and overage is billed at the plan rate rather than being cut off — an automation stopping silently is worse for you than a small invoice.
Is SSO really on the free plan?
Yes. Charging extra for single sign-on makes companies less safe and makes us harder to adopt. Guardrails, audit log, and bring-your-own-keys are standard for the same reason.
What does "hybrid runtime" mean, exactly?
A lightweight agent runs inside your VPC and executes automations there, so they can reach databases and internal APIs that never leave your network. Orchestration, the editor, and knowledge bases stay in our cloud — so it is hybrid rather than self-hosted. Fully self-hosted is available on Enterprise.
What are AI credits?
Steps that call a language model consume credits, because that is real per-token cost. Every plan includes a monthly allowance and you can top up. Connect your own provider key on any plan and AI usage bills to your provider account instead, consuming no credits.
Do I have to talk to sales?
Only for Enterprise. Everything else is a signup form and a card. That is deliberate — the alternative in this category is a scoping call before you can find out whether the product works.
